About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our data modelling team. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer experience, optimize network performance, and drive strategic business decisions through advanced analytics and machine learning.Key Responsibilities· Design and implement predictive models and algorithms for customer behaviour, churn analysis, lookalike modelling, and forecasting· Analyse large-scale telecom data (usage patterns, call records, DPI usage) to identify trends and action points to improve customer experience and operational efficiencies· Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders· Work closely with different stakeholders to identify areas that need data science solutions and carry the implementation as well· Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AI/ML, big data, and telecom analytics.Qualifications· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.· Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in data science roles.· Strong proficiency in Python, and SQL; experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)· Solid understanding of telecom business processes· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills· Proven ability to translate data findings into strategic business recommendations· Experience with platforms like Azure Databricks is a plusPreferred SkillsExperience with customer segmentation, recommendation systems, and time-series forecasting
