Responsibilities : Prepare and review engineering drawings in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.Apply full knowledge of permits requirements and regulations set by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD).Review licensing applications and coordinate with relevant governmental authorities and regulatory bodies, including follow-up on design submissions, required modifications, and implementation of all feedback until final approval is secured.Follow up on and obtain approvals of engineering drawings in coordination with the appointed consultant.Coordinate and liaise with Al-Magamma Al-Asharia.Conduct systematic Design Review processes across project stages.Ensure full compliance with applicable technical codes and regulatory requirements of all relevant authorities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering in a well reputation univisity Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering licensing and design review.Proven hands-on experience dealing with NUCA and/or ACUD requirements.Solid knowledge of Egyptian technical codes and regulatory standards.Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading, editing, and producing engineering drawings.Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards applicable to building and construction projects in Egypt.Effective communication and coordination skills with consultants and government entities.
