Senior Design & Sales Team Leader - FurnitureKey Responsibilities:*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets*Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team*Identify new business opportunities and expand client base*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners*Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and continuously improved*Overseeing the process from the client briefing, signing and contract review, production submission, and installation*Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Suggesting new products that clients ask about, new materials in the market, conducting competition market research, new payment offers and options*Prepare sales reports and forecasts for managementDesign:*Review design briefs and ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated*Oversee the design process from concept development to final approval*Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements*Ensure project designs align with company standards, production capabilities, and client budgets*Oversee the process from client briefing, contract signing, production submission, and installation*Stay updated on design trends, materials, and furniture innovationsRequirements:*Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Applied Arts is a must*7-10 years proven experience in Sales Engineering in the furniture industry is a must*Strong leadership and team management skills*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills*Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions*Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving targetsEmployment Type: Full-time.Working Days: 5 days a week (Fri. & Sat.
