Senior Electrical Engineer

The Senior Electrical Engineer oversees project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control. They manage teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and handle procurement, scheduling, and technical documentation.Responsibilities:Assign and oversee Site Engineers' tasks per company policies and procedures.Conduct team briefings to ensure clear understanding of project scope and tasks.Monitor and control project-related expenses to align with forecasts and budgets.Manage procurement activities for contracts and sub-contracts following company procedures.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with contract requirements.Oversee QC reporting and coordinate with departments and clients to meet production schedules.Manage manpower and material movement schedules for construction and maintenance activities.Liaise with contractors and clients to handle work interfaces and scope enhancements.Review and execute PPM technical submittals and shop drawings as per project standards.Assist the Project Manager & MEP in preparing subcontract agreements and recruiting personnel.QualificationPlanning, Implementing, Coordination, Controlling, Directing, Supervising, Directing, Motivating,EducationBachelor of Electrical EngineeringTotal Years of Experience5-7 yearsComputer SkillsICDL – CMMS Software – Auto Cad
