Senior Electrical Engineer

- Managing Electrical engineering design, review, and implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards, resulting in reliable and high-quality electrical systems.- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems, minimizing delays and improving project timelines.- Reviewing electrical designs, specifications, and technical submittals to verify accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best engineering practices.- Supervising electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities to guarantee system functionality, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.- Conducting site inspections and audits to identify and resolve electrical issues, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.- Ensuring compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety regulations to mitigate risks and enhance project credibility.- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources for electrical works to optimize efficiency and control costs, ensuring timely delivery.- Preparing technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for project stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.- Collaborating with engineering disciplines, architects, and project managers to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project plan.- Evaluating and approving electrical materials, equipment, and suppliers to ensure compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and high performance.- Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies for electrical systems to prevent disruptions and maintain project continuity.- Leading troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for electrical challenges during construction, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams to enhance expertise and improve project outcomes.Implementing energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions to meet environmental regulations, reducing energy consumption and operating costsRequirements- Education: BSc. Engineering Electrical.- Experience: 7+ years of Proven work experience in Electrical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction project management.- Skills: Planning - Organizing - Detail orientation.- Abilities & Attitude: Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office.
