Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating across teams to prevent workflow disruptions, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Additionally, the role requires identifying potential project risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rafah, North Sinai, Egypt.QualificationsProject planning and management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project risks and implement solutions.Clear understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety regulations.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to lead a team and manage workflows under tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.Previous experience in construction project planning or similar roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
