Senior Executive (Business Operations)

· Ensure the timely and accurate execution of Point of Sale (POS) systems, facilitating efficient transaction processing with minimal system downtime or errors· Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for supply chain management, ensuring a streamlined and organized process with easy access to required documentation· Conduct audits of merchant documents, including CR, Tax ID, and other relevant records, to ensure legitimacy, compliance, and reduce risks related to fraud or legal issues· Manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions, allowing the business to consistently meet daily objectives and deadlines· Demonstrate flexibility in handling exceptional tasks as needed, adapting quickly and effectively to unforeseen challenges or urgent priorities· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, and Reconciliation, to ensure alignment between departments, enhance communication, and improve overall workflow efficiencySkillsWhat will you need?· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the same field.· Technical Proficiency:o Ownershipo Functional Skillso Ideas’ Presentation and Taking Initiativeo Continuous Learningo Customer Centricityo Ability to work independently and as part of a teamo Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines (SLA)o Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
