Senior Executive (Operational Risk)

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the business.• Maintain and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF).• Oversee RCSA, KRIs, and operational loss reporting.• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and track remediation.• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.• Provide risk advisory for new products and process changes.• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and business units to strengthen controls.• Prepare risk reports for senior management and committees.· Promote risk awareness and support team development.SkillsWhat will you need?· Educational Background: Bachelor is Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline.· Experience: o 1-2 Years of Experience.o 3 years of experience in management level. · Technical Proficiency:o Ownership o Functional Skillso Ideas presentation and Taking initiativeo Continuous Learning o Customer Centricityo Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management Frameworks (ORMF) and RCSA methodologieso Experience with Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk reporting dashboardso Incident and loss event analysis with root cause identificationo Understanding of internal controls and process risk mappingo Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standardso •Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, dashboards, basic BI tools like Power BI)
