Our business is managed on a segment basis, with those segments being Automotive, Industrial, and Interface.Job Title: Senior Facilities EngineerDepartment: Maintenance / Utilities / FacilitiesReporting To: Maintenance Manager / Engineering ManagerLocation: Nasr City, CairoSummary: Responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving all facility systems including chillers, compressors, HVAC systems, hydraulic systems, mechanical equipment, and utilities to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient plant operation.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Management: Manage and maintain all facility equipment including chillers, compressors, HVAC systems, and utilities. Ensure continuous operation of plant utilities to support production. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.HVAC & Chillers: Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, AHU, FCU, and HVAC systems. Monitor system performance, pressures, temperatures, and efficiency.Compressors & Air Systems: Maintain air compressors, dryers, filters, and compressed air networks. Ensure stable air pressure and system reliability.Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems: Maintain pumps, hydraulic power units, valves, and piping systems. Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults.Reliability & Improvement: Analyze MTTR, MTBF, and downtime data for utilities equipment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.Team Leadership: Supervise and guide technicians and junior engineers. Provide technical training and support.Contractor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers. Review contractor work quality and compliance.Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Ensure safe operation of all facility systems.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Prepare technical reports and performance analysis.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant field.Experience: 5 years of experience in facilities or utilities maintenance in an industrial environment.SkillsTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of chillers, compressors, HVAC, cooling systems, hydraulic and mechanical systems, pumps, piping, utilities, and facility infrastructure. Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and P&ID drawings.Management Skills: Leadership and team management skills.
