Our business is managed on a segment basis, with those segments being Automotive, Industrial, and Interface.Job SummaryThe Payroll Section Head is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee compensation. This role plays a key part in optimizing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and supporting business operations through efficient payroll management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full payroll cycle, including data collection, validation, processing, and post-payroll activitiesEnsure timely and accurate processing of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and final settlementsMaintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirementsReview and validate payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrityManage payroll audits (internal and external) and ensure proper documentationCollaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issuesOversee payroll system updates, enhancements, and data management (e.g., Workday or similar systems)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracyHandle complex payroll cases, escalations, and employee queriesEnsure proper controls and confidentiality of payroll dataRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field6–10 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in multinational or large-scale organizationsStrong knowledge of local labor laws, taxation, and social insurance regulationsExperience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills and high attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
