Job Responsibilities:Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing campaigns and brand communications.Design compelling visuals for digital and print materials including campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.Collaborate with marketing, content creators, and internal teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions.Translate marketing objectives into engaging visual storytelling.Manage multiple design projects from concept to final execution.Stay updated with global design trends and continuously bring innovative ideas to the team.Job Requirements:6–8 years of experience in graphic design within advertising agencies or creative teams.A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, campaign design, and branding work.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus).Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Firefly, etc.)UI/UX basics (Figma, Adobe XD is a plus)Expert in print production.Preparing print-ready files (bleed, crop marks, color profiles)CMYK vs RGB handling.Experience with different print materials (OOH, brochures, POS), Digital assets (banners, Rollups and app visuals)
