Ocoda Agency is hiring a high-caliber Senior Growth & CRM Specialist for Travel&Toursim Project inside Ocoda agency to lead our expansion across the GCC market.Location: Dokki, Giza (On-site)Hojuzat Website: www.hojuzat.comThe OpportunityYou are responsible for the "Middle and Bottom" of the funnel. Your goal is to maximize the Lifetime Value (LTV) of every user acquired during the Hard Launch. You will own the communication strategy across App and Web, turning one-time bookers into loyal "Hojuzat" advocates through data-driven automation and personalized journeys.Responsibilities User Lifecycle Management: Map and execute the end-to-end user journey (Onboarding → First Booking → Retention → Re-activation). CRM Automation: Build and manage multi-channel automated "flows" (Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp) using Adjust and our CRM stack. Loyalty & Referrals: Design and launch a "Vibe-based" referral program to fuel organic growth among Gen Z/Millennial circles. A/B Testing & Personalization: Run continuous experiments on messaging, timing, and offers to increase the "App Open" rate and booking frequency. Data Analysis: Work with the MarTech team to segment users based on behavior (e.g., "Luxury Seekers" vs. "Last-Minute Bookers") for hyper-targeted campaigns. RequirementsRequirements 3+ years in CRM or Growth Marketing (App-first background preferred). Deep experience with Adjust or similar MMPs for event-triggered messaging. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, or Insider). Strong understanding of KSA consumer nuances and "Elite" communication styles. Basic SQL knowledge or high proficiency in data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI).
