Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for operational roles including:Distribution DriversSales RepresentativesWarehouse WorkersDelivery HelpersIdentify and utilize effective recruitment sources such as:Competitor companiesDriver gathering locationsRecruitment agenciesJob portals and social media platformsConduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates Review and verify required candidate documents Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.Coordinate with Sales and Distribution departments regarding manpower requirements.Follow up with newly hired employees during their probation period.Personnel ResponsibilitiesSupervise employee onboarding and ensure completion of employee files.Ensure all employee documentation complies with Egyptian labor law requirements.Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.Follow up on drivers’ license validity and renewals.Coordinate with social insurance authorities regarding:Manage employment contracts and probation periods.Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.Prepare periodic reports related to:New hiresEmployee movementTurnover rates Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.2–4 years of experience in recruitment and personnel administration, preferably in distribution or FMCG companies.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment channels and build candidate pipelines.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Flexibility to coordinate with different departments and field locations.
