Senior Infotainment Requirement Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Infotainment Requirements Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing requirements for next-generation in-vehicle infotainment systems, helping shape cutting-edge digital experiences in modern vehicles.You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, software engineers, and external partners to ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, consistent, and fully traceable across the development lifecycle.This position is ideal for someone proactive, analytical, and passionate about high-quality automotive software and user experiences.Project OverviewYou will contribute to a project focused on delivering advanced in-vehicle digital experiences through:Android/AOSP-based In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) applicationsQNX/Linux-based Instrument Cluster softwareAs part of the requirements engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring clarity, consistency, and traceability across multiple vehicle domains and features.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for infotainment features (HMI, media, connectivity, system services, etc.)Translate high-level product inputs into structured, clear, and testable software requirementsMaintain end-to-end traceability (stakeholder → system → software → test)Collaborate with UX, architecture, and development teams to refine system behavior, edge cases, and acceptance criteriaEnsure compliance with ASPICE processes, particularly SWE.1 and SWE.2Participate in feature grooming sessions, technical discussions, and change management activitiesSupport integration and validation teams by clarifying requirements and resolving gapsManage requirements, updates, and versioning using tools such as CodebeamerEnsure alignment with system architecture, platform constraints, and design principlesIdentify risks, dependencies, and cross-domain impacts of requirementsRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in requirements engineering, preferably in automotive or infotainment domainsStrong understanding of IVI domains such as HMI, media, connectivity, navigation, or vehicle settingsHands-on experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Codebeamer, Jama, Polarion)Familiarity with ASPICE processes, especially SWE.1 and SWE.2Proven ability to write clear, concise, and testable requirementsSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly for embedded or infotainment systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsUpper-intermediate (B2) level of English or higherWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on next-generation automotive technologiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentExposure to global teams and industry-leading practicesCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth and continuous learning opportunities
