We Are Hiring | Senior/Junior Electrical Engineer InspectorCompany: TÜV NORD EgyptLocation: Cairo Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified Senior/Junior Electrical Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, compliance, and performance of electrical systems within MEP projects, in line with international standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspections of electrical works in MEP projects, including Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Light Current systems, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements.Review electrical shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for LV, MV, and Light Current systems.Inspect installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5–9 years of experience in MEP projects for seniors and 1-3 years for juniors , with strong exposure to LV, MV, and Light Current systems.Solid knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, NEC, etc.).Experience in consultancy or third-party inspection firms is preferred.Strong technical, communication, and reporting skills.Relevant certifications are a plus.Awareness of local and international codes is a mustHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CVs to:📧 HR-egypt@tuv-nord.com
