The Senior Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, managing learning initiatives, and developing instructional materials tailored to organizational needs. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, mentoring team members, collaborating with departments to identify learning gaps, and implementing effective learning solutions. The role requires continual evaluation and improvement of training programs to align with organizational objectives.QualificationsProven expertise in Training & Development and Learning ManagementSkills in Instructional Design and the ability to create engaging and effective training materialsStrong Communication skills, including the ability to present, facilitate, and engage diverse audiencesExperience in Coaching and mentoring individuals to enhance performance and skill setsDemonstrated ability to assess organizational training needs and implement solutionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using learning management systems and digital toolsBachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferredExperience in the education or study-abroad consulting industry is a strong advantage
