Fahim Riad Group is now growing with a sister company Fahim Riad Development.Role DescriptionBe part of shaping premium commercial destinations along the Nile.We are looking for experienced and driven Sales & Leasing Executives (Male & Female) to attract and secure international brands for high-end restaurants and cafés within our iconic projects.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and attract international & well-known brandsManage the full commercial leasing cycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brand representativesNegotiate and successfully close leasing dealsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate & leasingProven background in retail/commercial leasing is a mustStrong network or ability to connect with international brands is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProfessional attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team spirit
