Bonna Premium Porcelain is looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead the mechanical and electrical maintenance activities at our newly established Alexandria production facility, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, lead and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment (kilns, presses, glazing and firing lines, compressors, pumps, conveyors, etc.)Manage and develop the maintenance team, including technicians and junior engineersMinimize unplanned downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic failuresDevelop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and spare parts inventoryManage the maintenance budget and track maintenance KPIsEnsure full compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental (OHS/EHS) standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, root-cause analysis, etc.)Coordinate closely with Production, Quality and Engineering departmentsLiaise with external contractors and equipment suppliers as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in ceramics, porcelain, or process manufacturing industriesStrong hands-on knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenanceFamiliarity with PLC systems, electrical panels and industrial automationProven experience leading and developing a maintenance teamStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of OHS/EHS standards and practicesFluent in English (written and spoken)Willingness to be based at the Alexandria facility
