JOB TITLESenior Manager - Legal | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate EgyptROLE SUMMARYThe Senior Legal Counsel – is responsible for providing the organisation with support to facilitate effective legal services, advice, and representation for all legal issues either directly or with the support of external counsel, with focus on the overseeing legal strategy within Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s Legal function. The role holder is also responsible for supporting all legal matters, and providing support on advice given to the business and regulatory functions on legal issues and documenROLE PROFILEProven experience optimizing homepage performance, including banner CTR, conversion rates, and product carousels.Strong background in executing daily, weekly, and monthly onsite sales campaigns in coordination with merchandising teams.Hands‑on experience improving category visibility, product discoverability, and overall onsite user experience.Solid expertise in product boosting and landing page optimization using sales data, impressions, seasonality, offers, and conversion metrics.Advanced analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing onsite KPIs such as GMV, orders, CR, CTR, and CTT.Experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting weekly/monthly performance reports with clear data visualization.Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, Merchandising, CRM, Performance Marketing, and SEO teams.Strong commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to corporate policies and processes.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory - MBA is Advance10+ years of legal experience, including in‑house roles within retail and supply chain environments.Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a large‑scale retail organization, with exposure to Middle East/GCC markets (UAE preferred).Strong understanding of e‑commerce and retail business operations, including data governance, data quality, and data security.Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in ambiguous environments.Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal, written, and business communication skills.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
