POSITION SNAPSHOTTitle: Senior Manager, SalesLocation: Cairo, EgyptMain Purpose of Job…Lead the regional Sales Operations network (i/e. direct and/or indirect) and the Field Sales team to deliver agreed objectives within assigned RegionA DAY IN THE LIFE …Actively participate within ICP process , support definition of Field Sales Strategy to implement Channel Category and Customers PlansEnsure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, CCS, MOGEs,DPA , Numerical & Weighted Distribution etc) for the RegionImplement, follow up and update Regional Field Sales Plan based on the Cycle Plan. Provide quality feedback/input into the ICP process for the next planning periodUpdate and measure performances of the Field Sales organization Structure within the Region against defined KPIsEnsure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulationsCollaborate with peer RSMs to share best practices within Field Sales, Distributor Management etc, liaise with Marketing, CDT, Customer Team and Supply Chain to drive regional Field Sales related initiativesEnsure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reportsARE YOU A FIT?8+ years in marketing or sales, and over this period have successfully delivered on KPIs.Demonstrated ability to lead people.Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field.Had experience in managing Field Sales team.
