Senior Mechanical Engineer

- Managing mechanical engineering design, review, and implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards, resulting in efficient and high-performance mechanical systems.- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate the seamless integration of mechanical systems, preventing delays and ensuring smooth project execution.- Reviewing mechanical designs, specifications, and technical submittals to verify accuracy, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best engineering practices.- Supervising mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning activities to guarantee system functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.- Conducting site inspections and audits to identify and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.- Ensuring adherence to local and international mechanical codes and safety regulations to mitigate risks and maintain project credibility.- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources for mechanical works to optimize efficiency, control costs, and meet project deadlines.- Preparing technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for project stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and successful project completion.- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines, architects, and project managers to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall project planning and execution.- Evaluating and approving mechanical materials, equipment, and suppliers to ensure efficiency, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness in project implementation.- Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies for mechanical systems to prevent disruptions and ensure project continuity.- Leading troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for mechanical challenges encountered during construction, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams to enhance expertise, improve efficiency, and support career development.Implementing energy-efficient and sustainable mechanical solutions to align with environmental regulations, reduce energy consumption, and optimize operational costs.Requirements- Education: BSc. Engineering Mechanical.- Experience: 7+ years of Proven work experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction project management- Skills: Planning - Organizing - Detail orientation.- Abilities & Attitude: Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office.
