JOB PURPOSETo lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels in order to maximize return on investment, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, implement, and optimize the company’s media buying strategies across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.Oversee digital and social media performance, driving continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects, delivering consistent and scalable performance.Own and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation, cost control, and maximization of return on investment (ROI).Develop and execute ongoing lead generation strategies, including regular campaign launches, audience targeting, and persistent content deployment to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESExecute and scale media buying strategies across Meta and Google Ads.Manage and optimize digital campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).Generate high-quality leads that convert into visits and sales.Optimize budgets to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.Monitor and optimize campaigns to scale top-performing ads.Oversee full funnel performance from awareness to conversion.Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and performance insights.Align campaigns with sales and marketing objectives.Maintain a continuous lead flow through ongoing campaigns and targeted outreach.Lead and support team members while ensuring high-quality execution. JOB SPECIFICATION (QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).Hands-on experience with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email platforms.Strong communication and content coordination skills.Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools is a plus.
