Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ConsultantOverviewWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our IT team and take ownership of the development, optimization, and support of our ERP platform. This role is critical in aligning Business Central with evolving business needs across finance, operations, and compliance.You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, improve data integrity, and support business growth.Project OverviewAs part of a major digital transformation, Intellias has successfully migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its core ERP system. This transformation has already strengthened capabilities in financial management, resource planning, and operations.The next phase focuses on optimizing and expanding financial processes, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of the platform and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specificationsDesign and configure Business Central solutions aligned with best practicesParticipate in full SDLC lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, and go-liveSupport end-to-end implementations, including UAT and deployment activitiesPlan and execute functional testing, including test scenarios and test casesCoordinate with technical teams on customizations and integrationsManage data migration activities (mapping, transformation, import)Define system configurations such as user roles, permissions, and workflowsDeliver user training and create functional documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, procurement)Contribute to system improvements, roadmap planning, and transformation initiativesRequirementsCore QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central / AX / FO / 1CProven experience in full-cycle ERP implementationsFunctional ExpertiseStrong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR) and business operationsExperience with:Business process analysis and fit-gap assessmentRequirements elicitation and documentationSolution design and system configurationExperience with data migration (RapidStart, configuration packages, or similar tools)Knowledge of multi-company, intercompany, and multi-currency setupsTechnical & Integration KnowledgeUnderstanding of Business Central APIs and integration conceptsExperience coordinating integrations with external systemsFamiliarity with role-based security, permission sets, and segregation of duties (SoD)Tools & Ways of WorkingExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and ConfluenceSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in cross-functional teamsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailUpper-intermediate or higher English proficiencyWhy Join UsAt Intellias, technology drives innovation—but people come first.
