Job Purpose:The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing network systems to support business operations, enhance performance, and maintain security. Job Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks).Lead network upgrade and expansion projects.Implement advanced network security solutions.Mentor junior network administrators.plan network capacity and future expansions.Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested.Job Requirements:Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, or any relevant field.5 to 8 years of experience in network administration.Advanced knowledge of routing/switching, firewalls, wireless networks and security.Leadership and project management skills.Problem Solving and decision making skills.Strong communication skills.
