Reports to: Senior Director, International Programs and ServicesPurpose:The job holder will manage and expand AUC's student mobility programs, enhancing the university's internationalization strategy. He or she will oversee the Study Abroad and Exchange programs with 150+ partner universities, advising both incoming and outgoing students to maximize their academic and cultural experiences. The role focuses on strategic outreach to first-year students, increasing participation rates across all majors, and ensuring the seamless operational delivery of mobility programs in collaboration with international partners and internal academic departments.Responsibilities:Program Management and Advising:Oversee the management of study abroad and exchange programs across a broad international partner network, ensuring effective student advising, seamless enrollment processes, and the execution of targeted recruitment initiatives that advance institutional mobility and global engagement objectivesStrategic Outreach and Marketing:Design and execute a plan to institutionalize outreach to AUC students, emphasizing the career value of international experienceCollaborate with the First Year Program (FYP), Career Center, and returning students to promote study abroad opportunitiesOrganize and manage the Study Abroad Fair, coordinating with partner universities and student unions to maximize engagementOperations and Stakeholder Management:Act as a central coordination and relationship management lead for international mobility, aligning partners, internal stakeholders, and student needs through effective collaboration and ethical practiceAdditional Related Duties:Perform other related duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum Education Requirements:University degree is requiredExperience:A minimum of ten years of experience, including four years in a university setting, preferably providing services to studentsExperience working with diverse nationalities and culturesSkills:Communication: Excellent English communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsOperational: Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, organization, and task managementTechnical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programsCompetencies: Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and teamworkThis position is open until May 14, 2026Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
