RESPONSIBILITIES & DutiesResponsible for the delivery of demos, presentations and proof of conceptsProvide trusted technical advice, recommendations and answers to customers (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal form. Create the Implementation plan and monitor the approval process for projects. Proactively scopes the technical solution required and prepare software order forms along with sales and technical team to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firmInfluence, persuade and negotiate with senior stakeholders in customer organizations to position and present PaxeraHealth product offerings wellCompare PaxeraHealth product offering with other offered vendors’ products from a technical/financial point of viewLiaise with support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process, or early life stage of the project Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
