‏⁦🚀 ARX Real Estate Development – New Damietta Branch is hiring:🔹Senior Procurement Engineer 📍Location: New Damietta 🛏️ Accommodation is availableWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Engineer with a strong background in the real estate and construction sector to manage and execute procurement activities for development projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in sourcing, tendering, contracting, and supplier coordination across residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely project delivery.🔹 Key Responsibilities:* Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction projects.* Handle procurement of major packages including civil works, MEP, finishes, and FF&E.* Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids technically and commercially, and support contract awards.* Conduct supplier and subcontractor negotiations to achieve the best value.* Coordinate with engineering, technical office, finance, and site teams to ensure a smooth procurement flow.* Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with project timelines.* Support cost control, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.* Maintain and update approved vendor lists.* Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.* Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks.🔹 Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.* 5–8 years of experience in procurement within construction or real estate development.* Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and contracting processes.* Experience in tendering, bid analysis, and supplier evaluation.* Good understanding of commercial terms and contract conditions.* Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.* Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus.* Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.🔹 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM📞 WhatsApp: 01064834459
