The Senior Procurement Specialist at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support construction and real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policiesConduct supplier evaluations and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricingCoordinate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast material needs and plan procurement schedulesMonitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessaryMaintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for managementSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement processEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsGuide and mentor junior procurement staff as neededRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within real estate or construction sectorsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectivelyAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsExperience with supplier evaluation and contract management
