You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and intuitive investment experiences that empower our users to manage their financial future.This role reports directly to the Head of Product and plays a key part in our mission to build inclusive financial products.ResponsibilitiesDefining and driving the investment product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy across Savings, Funds, and Investment productsLeading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable investment experiencesDriving product discovery, experimentation, and user research to identify opportunities and improve customer engagementOwning key business metrics related to investment growth, adoption, and customer valueEnsuring products comply with financial regulations and investment governance requirementsLeading strategic partnerships and integrations with banks, asset managers, brokerage providers, and investment infrastructure platformsMonitoring market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics within fintech and wealth techQualifications3+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to fintech, wealthtech, or investment productsProven experience leading complex consumer financial products at scaleStrong understanding of investment products, capital markets, retail investing behaviors, and financial services ecosystemsStrong strategic thinking and analytical capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in highly regulated environmentsStrong product discovery and experimentation capabilitiesRequired SkillsExperience in emerging markets or underbanked financial ecosystemsFamiliarity with Egyptian financial regulations and investment frameworksExperience integrating with investment or brokerage infrastructure providersStrong understanding of behavioral finance and consumer trust dynamicsMBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields is a plusOur EnvironmentWe are building with purpose.
