Location: New Cairo HQ (with up to 50% site visits, 10th of Ramdan , Abo Rawash , Eldabaa )Company: Elsewedy ElectricDepartment: Projects ManagementReporting Line: Projects General ManagerScope: Industrial Development · Civil Engineering · Real Estate Development · Infrastructure ProjectsKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities in alignment with objectives, schedules, and deadlines.Prepare and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards tracking project performance across sales, design, infrastructure, budget, procurement, marketing, and governmental approvals.Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders (internal teams, contractors, consultants, authorities).Manage documentation of contracts, plans, permits, and correspondence.Conduct site visits (approx. 50%) to monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with designs.Identify risks, delays, and challenges; propose proactive solutions.Support approvals with governmental authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.RequirementsEducation: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementExperience: 4–5 years in project coordination/management within infrastructure, industrial development, or real estate projectsCertifications: PMP (preferred, strong advantage)Languages: Excellent command of EnglishTechnical and soft Skills:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Power BI (must-have)AutoCADHigh professional presentability and strong presentation skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong time management and planning capabilitiesHigh problem-solving and adaptability
