Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves managing client consultations, building relationships with potential clients, and providing expert advice on real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include property sales, assisting clients with property purchasing decisions, negotiating offers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The consultant will also stay updated on market trends and contribute to achieving the team’s sales objectives. Qualifications Consulting and Real Estate experience with a strong understanding of the market and property investment strategiesExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectivelyCustomer Service expertise and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsProven track record in Sales and the ability to close real estate transactions successfullySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a teamExperience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredProficiency in Arabic and English is advantageousFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
