We are committed to delivering excellence through professionalism, strategic thinking, and a high standard of client experience.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt.The Senior Property Consultant will advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and property solutions while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales process, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, understanding client requirements, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the acquisition journey.The ideal candidate will combine strong sales capability with a consultative mindset and the ability to guide clients toward informed investment decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field3–5 years of Sales experience with at least 1 year of experience in Real EstateStrong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with the ability to provide market insights and investment-oriented recommendationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain professional client relationshipsExperience in Sales with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategiesProven ability to negotiate, influence decision-making, and close deals successfullyKnowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo, EgyptExperience managing the full sales cycle and maintaining client pipelinesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
