This track record has built deep expertise in office building specifications and deal negotiations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in Oman. The Senior Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, advising clients on acquisition, leasing, sales, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing property values, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored recommendations to clients. The role involves leading property viewings, negotiating terms and contracts, and coordinating with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Senior Property Consultant will also build and maintain long-term client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide regular reporting on market trends and performance.Qualifications Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide strategic real estate guidance.Proven experience in property sales, leasing, and negotiations, including drafting and reviewing commercial terms and supporting contract finalization.Solid knowledge of real estate markets, valuation principles, and investment analysis, preferably within the GCC region.Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear, persuasive presentations and proposals.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.Comfort working on-site, conducting property inspections, and coordinating with landlords, tenants, and service providers.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant real estate certifications are a plus.Previous experience in a senior property or real estate consultancy role is highly desirable.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to all clients and colleagues.
