This ecosystem provides team members access to diverse portfolios and strong partnerships within the market.Role Description The Senior Property Consultant (PC) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and investment process. This role involves meeting clients to understand their needs, providing expert real estate advice supported by market data, and presenting suitable residential and commercial options from RED’s portfolio and partner developers. The Senior Property Consultant will conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients through closing and post-sale follow-up to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Daily activities include maintaining an updated pipeline in CRM tools, tracking market trends, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also includes participating in marketing campaigns, open houses, and events to build a strong professional network and generate new leads.Qualifications Strong Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate real estate solutions.Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional interpersonal interaction.Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.Solid understanding of the Real Estate market, ideally within Cairo and surrounding areas, including residential and commercial segments.Previous experience in a senior property consultant, real estate broker, or related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on
