Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consulting services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will guide clients through property transactions, provide in-depth market analysis, and ensure they find optimal solutions for their property needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Consulting, with experience assisting clients in making informed property decisionsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain relationshipsExceptional Customer Service skills to provide professional and satisfying client experiencesProven Sales expertise, including negotiation and deal-closing abilitiesKnowledge of the Real Estate market, industry trends, and property evaluation methodsAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications, licenses, or ongoing education in real estate are a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
