Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves engaging with clients, offering personalized consulting, and assisting them in identifying properties that match their needs and goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, and guiding clients through the sales and renting processes to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to provide expert advice and insights to clients.Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Customer Service skills to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.Proficiency in Sales to negotiate and close property deals successfully.Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of property trends in Vietnam is an advantage.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Fluency in Vietnamese and English is highly desirable.A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
