Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in Asti. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investment opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing market insights, and meeting sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and collaborating with developers to align client needs with available properties. The role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with the ability to provide well-informed investment adviceExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersProven Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals effectivelyKnowledge of the local real estate market, including emerging trends and property evaluationProficiency in using real estate technology tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredSelf-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
