The organization is dedicated to developing prestigious residential, commercial, and community complexes in the country’s most dynamic areas.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial units, including prospecting, client qualification, property presentations, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on suitable properties, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and maintaining detailed records of inquiries, negotiations, and contracts. The role also involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to align client feedback with project offerings. The Senior Property Consultant will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support accurate client guidance and contribute to sales targets.QualificationsStrong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present properties clearly, negotiate effectively, and build trust with diverse clients.Proven customer service capabilities, including responsiveness, follow-through, and a client-centric approach throughout the sales cycle.Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in high-value or investment-focused products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Solid understanding of real estate concepts, market dynamics, and property valuation, ideally within the New Cairo or broader Cairo market.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client and partner interactions.
