Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, identifying market opportunities, and negotiating successful sales. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, offering professional advice on real estate opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with the ability to provide professional property investment advice and identify market opportunities.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.Experience in Sales, including meeting and exceeding performance targets, and facilitating property transactions.Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo and broader market trends is a significant advantage.Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in negotiation and client relationship management.Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is an asset.
