This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The Senior Property Consultant will advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities, while ensuring that all transactions comply with company policies and local regulations. Daily tasks include maintaining an updated portfolio of properties, preparing and presenting proposals, following up with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing Y THE BROKERS professionally at all times.Qualifications Strong Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and active listening.Proven Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client satisfaction.Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and meeting or exceeding targets.Solid knowledge of the Real Estate market, trends, regulations, and property valuation in Cairo and surrounding areas.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in a senior or client-facing role.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and handle fieldwork such as property visits and meetings.Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client service.
