Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will support clients in making informed real estate decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients on property needs, facilitating property sales and acquisitions, building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining expertise in the local real estate market. You will also be tasked with driving sales performance and meeting targets while adhering to company values. QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Consulting and providing expert advice on real estate transactionsStrong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with a diverse client baseProficiency in Customer Service to provide satisfying and seamless client experiencesProven Sales expertise, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsIn-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market and industry trendsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
