Senior QS Engineer

A reputable construction company specializing in fit-out & joinery works for hotels and luxury projects , looking for a Senior QS Engineer. • Support the tendering department in the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound bids by performing quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and subcontractor/supplier enquiries — ensuring all tenders are submitted on time and in full compliance with client requirements. • Study and interpret architectural, structural drawings as well as specifications, and tender documents thoroughly. • Attend mandatory pre-tender site visits and client briefing sessions on behalf of the • tendering department. • Perform detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for all civil, architectural, and finishing works in accordance with standard measurement rules and Method of measurement of tender. • Prepare and check Bills of Quantities (BOQ) ensuring completeness and accuracy • Identify and flag any discrepancies, ambiguities, or missing information in tender documents and raise it accordingly • Prepare RFQ to send to different suppliers. • Review supplier’s quotations and compare them with the tender requirements. • Negotiate with suppliers to get lowest price and best conditions. • Assist in any other tasks as required within his scope of work. • Bachelor’s degree – Arch / interior design Engineering. • Determined at the time of recruitment. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic ). • Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point). • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Preferred residential area (for proximity to office) Nasr city – Zahraa Nasr city – Heliopolis – Gesr El Suez – Fifth settlement – Maadi – Moqattam.
