Key Responsibilities:Conduct research and development activities to create new and improved background food products.Plan and execute experiments to optimize formulations, processing methods, and packaging.Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports to support product development decisions.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transition of new products from R&D to production.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to the development of intellectual property and patent applications. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the food industry.Proven expertise in R&D and Research methodologies, combined with a strong understanding of Food Science principles.Hands-on experience in Product Development, from concept to commercialization. Proficiency in Data Analysis and the use of Statistical Software to interpret experimental results. A strong commitment to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance standards.Exceptional Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
