Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, real estatedevelopers, brokers, contractors, consultants, propertymanagers, and other industry stakeholders. Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can generatenew business opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, networkingfunctions, exhibitions, and business meetings. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and referralpartners. Generate qualified leads and introductions for the design team. Coordinate with founders and designers to ensure smoothhandover and follow-up of business opportunities. Maintain regular communication with key partners andreferral sources. Track partnership activities, opportunities, and businessdevelopment efforts through a structured CRM or reportingprocess. Monitor market trends and identify potential growthopportunities within the industry.Requirements 5-7 years of experience in business development,partnerships, client relations, or similar roles. Existing network within one or more of the followingsectors:o Interior Designo Architectureo Real Estateo Constructiono Building Materials & Finisheso Property Development Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable representing thecompany externally. Ability to identify opportunities and nurture relationshipsover time. Experience working in entrepreneurial or growth-stagebusinesses is a plus.Success metrics: Number of strategic partnerships established. Quality and volume of qualified leads generated.
