The company operates through more than 100 offices across 42 countries.Location: CairoJob Description:Supervise and monitor construction activities performed by contractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation prior to execution.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and approved procedures.Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays or risks.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical and site-related issues.Review contractor work quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented for any non-conformances.Witness inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Verify work completed on-site and review contractor progress claims and measurement records.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports highlighting achievements, concerns, risks, and mitigation plans.Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations to support decision-making.Monitor snagging and de-snagging activities and support project closeout and final handover processes.Ensure all construction records, inspection reports, and project documentation are properly maintained and updated.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, project management consultancy (PMC), engineering consultancy, or large-scale construction projects.Experience in commercial, administrative, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or high-rise developments.Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor documentation.Strong understanding of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management/reporting tools.
