The Senior Sales professional will identify and engage potential clients for residential and commercial properties, conduct property tours, and present project features and investment benefits. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience. The Senior Sales professional will collaborate with marketing and management teams, provide input on sales strategies, and mentor junior sales staff to support overall sales performance and targets.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional negotiation abilities.Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or a related field.Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Experience in Training or coaching junior sales team members to enhance team performance and sales techniques.Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, preferably within Egypt and similar markets.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Giza, manage multiple clients and projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales reports.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
