The Senior Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical and commercial offers, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal engineering and service teams to ensure proper installation and after-sales support. The role involves providing technical support to customers, resolving product-related issues, and maintaining strong relationships through responsive communication and professional customer service. The Senior Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, contributing to sales planning and forecasting to meet and exceed sales targets.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and technical knowledge, preferably in air compressors or industrial equipment.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B environments.Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, solution design, and coordination with service teams.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, present solutions clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.4 years of experience in industrial or equipment sales, ideally within compressors, pumps, or similar technologies.Strong understanding of the Egyptian industrial market and willingness to travel within Egypt for client visits.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.Valid Egyptian driver's license.Good command of English, written and spoken, sufficient to communicate with international suppliers.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Private health insurance.Project-based performance bonus.Car allowance where applicable.Rapid career growth in a long-established company with strong international principal relationships.
