Job PurposeThe Sales Engineer – B2B & Projects, is responsible for developing and managing project-based sales for home comfort solutions including Heat Pump Water Heaters, Residential Water Heaters, and Heating Systems, VRF systems the role focuses on governmental channels, consultants, contractors, developers, Sanitary, and corporate clients, driving specifications, closing projects, and ensuring profitable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and manage B2B and project-based sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Identify, pursue, and close projects through consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and EPCs.Drive product specification with consultancy offices and design firms.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (consultants, decision-makers, procurement, contractors).Project & Technical EngagementProvide technical and commercial support for Heat Pumps, Water Heaters, Heating and Cooling Solutions.Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure project execution.Follow up on project pipelines from early design stage through award and delivery.Participate in project reviews, negotiations, and contract discussions.Commercial & FinancialPrepare commercial offers, cost breakdowns, and project quotations.Ensure projects meet margin, pricing, and financial targets.Support cash collection, payment terms negotiation, and risk mitigation.Market & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitors, and project pipelines.Support management with sales forecasts, reports, and opportunity analysis.Contribute to the development of B2B sales strategies and go-to-market plans.Required Qualifications & BackgroundEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).MBA is a plus.Experience5–10 years of experience in B2B / Project Sales.Proven experience dealing with:Consultancy officesMEP contractorsDevelopers / Corporate clientsStrong exposure to MEP systems and project environments.Background in project-based selling, preferably in HVAC, heating, water heaters, or home comfort solutions.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales orientation with a results-driven mindset.Solid project management understanding.Good financial and commercial awareness.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and PR skills when dealing with consultants and senior stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.Preferred ProfileExperience in HVAC / Heating / Heat Pumps / Water Heating systems.Experience in consultancy-driven projects and specification sales.Ability to combine technical credibility with commercial excellence.Email: Sherif.Hazem@alarabia-group.com
