This is an international, challenging, and future-oriented role offering exposure to major Oil & Gas operators, EPCs, and complex infrastructure projects.Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!As Senior Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas, you will be accountable for business growth, customer engagement, and market development within the Oil & Gas vertical, aligned with the overall Smart Infrastructure strategy.Achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong focus on Oil & Gas vertical growth.Develop new customer relationships while strengthening and expanding existing accounts.Drive profitable growth and ensure healthy margins across the portfolio.Engage early with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.Position Siemens as a trusted solution partner across electrification, automation, and digitalization.Promote smart infrastructure solutions to Oil & Gas customers.Maximize market penetration of the Electrification & Automation portfolio, including MV/LV, automation, and digital solutions.Execute BU-specific go-to-market and sales strategies successfully within the vertical.Support product marketing activities by translating market needs into solution positioning.Monitor Oil & Gas industry trends, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and risks.Articulate clear competitive advantages of Siemens solutions versus alternatives.Conduct technical and commercial training sessions for EPCs, consultants, end users, and key stakeholders.Build strong relationships across the Oil & Gas ecosystem to increase market transparency and opportunity pipeline.Your Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Business Administration is an added advantage).You bring with 4–6 years of relevant experience in Electrification & Automation, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.Proven track record of successful project engagement and sales within Oil & Gas environments.Strong knowledge of: MV & LV Switchgear, Control & Protection systems, Substation Automation Systems, SCADA systems and MV Distribution Automation solutions.Solid understanding of Oil & Gas customer requirements, standards, and operating models.Well-connected within the Oil & Gas industry, including end users and EPCs.Strong understanding of market dynamics, decision-making structures, and procurement models.Fluent in Arabic and English.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong customer focus with a consultative selling mindset.High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability.Strategic and critical thinking with strong product and market analysis capabilities.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact Oil & Gas projects shaping the future of energy.Be part of a global technology leader driving electrification and digital transformation.Gain exposure to major customers, EPCs, and regional flagship projects.Grow your career in a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven environment.What else do you need to know?As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced engineering technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
