Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated ability in sales planning, lead generation, prospecting, and business acquisition to achieve revenue goals.Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure lasting collaborations.Communication and Negotiation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.Research and Analysis: Capacity to conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities and craft tailored solutions.Time Management and Organization: Efficient at managing multiple priorities and handling deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Leadership and Team Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.Additional Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the cleaning equipment industry, relevant certification or training in sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
